Ordering & payment
You set the ceiling. We never charge beyond it.
The catalogue is public. You build your basket, you confirm, then you pay. Each order is prepared from the lots actually available.
Some products — meats, offal, whole pieces, fruit — are prepared by actual weight. The final amount is therefore only known after preparation. We work with a ceiling that you set yourself, rather than an open charge.
How an order works
- You build your basket and confirm your order online.
- You state the ceiling you authorise for this order.
- You pay this amount by SEPA transfer or in cryptocurrencies.
- We prepare the order from the available lots, then we weigh.
- The final amount is confirmed and the difference is refunded to you.
The ceiling you authorise
For products sold by actual weight, you state a ceiling at checkout: the maximum amount you agree to pay. You pay this amount in advance. We never charge or keep more than this ceiling.
Once the order is prepared and weighed, the final amount is confirmed. The difference between the ceiling and this final amount is refunded to you. No upward adjustment is possible without a new order from you.

SEPA transfer
After your order is confirmed, our bank details and an order reference are sent to you. Make the transfer from your bank quoting this reference. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
Cryptocurrencies
Payment is accepted in the cryptocurrency of your choice. The amount and payment instructions are sent to you after you confirm the order, which is finalised once payment is received.
Coordination on Telegram
Your order lives on the site, from reservation to refund. Telegram is where we decide together when the order calls for it. An unavailable cut or a substitution is settled by message, and you choose what you want instead or on top. You can also place a whole order over Telegram, or change yours, right in the conversation.
The minimum order is 120 €. Delivery costs are always charged and are added to your order amount.
