How does ordering work?
You browse the catalogue, add products to the basket, then confirm your order. You then choose your payment method — SEPA transfer or cryptocurrencies. As soon as payment is received, the order is confirmed and prepared. For products sold by weight, the amount is first an estimate, then confirmed after preparation.
Why can the amount change after confirmation?
Some products — meats, game, offal, whole pieces, fruit and fresh products — are prepared by actual weight. The amount shown in the basket is therefore an estimate. At checkout, you set a ceiling amount that you agree to pay. After weighing and preparation, the final amount is calculated and any difference is refunded to you. No amount above the ceiling you set is ever charged.
How does payment by transfer work?
SEPA transfer is accepted. After your order is confirmed, our bank details and a payment reference are sent to you; preparation begins once payment is received. For products sold by weight, you pay the ceiling amount, and the difference is refunded to you once the final weight is known.
How does payment by cryptocurrencies work?
Cryptocurrencies are accepted. After confirmation, the payment instructions and an order reference are sent to you. The principle is the same: for products sold by weight, you pay the ceiling amount, and any difference is refunded to you after weighing. The refund is calculated at the conversion rate applied at your initial transaction.
Are products available all year round?
No. Our lots are rare, seasonal and available in limited quantities. Availability changes with the seasons and the harvests. The catalogue shows the lots currently available.
How are fresh products shipped?
Fresh products are shipped under a cold chain, in insulated packaging, to preserve their quality until delivery. Shipping costs are calculated for each order and are payable by you.
What happens if a product is missing?
If a product is no longer available at the time of preparation, we offer you a substitution or the removal of the line concerned. These adjustments are coordinated with you via Telegram, before preparation and before any final payment. Nothing is changed without your agreement.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order amount is 120 €. Shipping costs are added to this amount.
